The Candidate: A candidate for Implementation and Client Support Specialist:

  • Is extremely detail-oriented and has an affinity for complex formulaic calculations, efficient usage of spreadsheets and comfort working with extensive amounts of data
  • Can learn and become a "power user" of our various payroll processing and hr systems
  • Has a mind capable of forensic accounting
  • Will maintain a team-centric, "get it done" attitude at all times
  • Is very comfortable communication directly with clients or playing a role in a client/company project team


The Position: Client & Partner Relationship Manager

The Candidate: A candidate for Client and Partner Relationship Manager:

  • Has a demonstrable history of success in a relationship-based sales position and possesses the network or rolodex to prove it
  • Shows comfort and skill in developing new prospect and client relationships with professionals such as accountants, lawyers and other professionals
  • Is willing to "roll up his/her sleeves" and become accountable for daily amounts of activity, appointment setting and meeting with potential referral sources
  • Understands the strategy behind and can maneuver in both a quick and prolonged sales cycle.


The Position: Human Resources Account Manager

The Candidate: A candidate for Human Resources Account Manager has:

  • A background of or clear understanding of the principal of Human Resources and has proven experience in the role of an HR Generalist
  • The ability to understand and relate to the needs of a time- or detail-challenged individual and maintains an altruistic attitude (helping disposition) toward helping your client base with their challenges
  • Is not afraid to challenge the status quo or tradition
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to complete multiple tasks within a deadline
  • Will dedicate themselves to becoming a student of compliance and regulation in order to convey that in layman's terms for their client
