The methods utilized in this step range from on-demand remote tutorials, to webinars, to on-site classroom training and are very effective at teaching an already highly intuitive self-service system.
On a parallel track, our HR Account Manager may perform an HR Gap Analysis with you to identify particular strengths and weaknesses with regard to legal compliance, HR process and workflow. This allows our HR Account Manager to map out your strategic HR priorities and focus on areas of high liability or underperformance.
