What Not To Do in a Startup

What-Not-To-Do-large

Everyone stops to watch a car accident.  It’s human nature. The same human attributes that make the accident so irresistible applies in business with start-ups. It’s common for entrepreneurs of all types- technology, biomeds, and most of all, on Main street, to be viewed as Gladiators in the Coliseum. Everyone hopes for their success, but most of all, they long for a good show. And to many “outsiders”, watching the failure of a Start-up is as enjoyable (and painful) as seeing them succeed.

Steve Blank, an expert on Start-ups, but most of all, on the start-up mentality, has published a blog post entitled “The 9 Deadliest Start-up Sins”.  It just about sums up all that can go wrong in the mind of the entrepreneur while in a new venture.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
