Jeff Plakans:
Midday, everybody, or early day, if you’re west of us here in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Thanks for joining us today. This is our Fall Product Spotlight. In case you haven’t noticed, technology has started to move a little bit faster over the last couple of years. Certainly that’s been the case for everybody. Certainly that’s been the case surrounding AI. Today is kind of a new thing for us, and that is when we’re rolling out all of the new stuff to make sure that you guys, as clients, as potential clients, as centers of influence for us, have a good understanding about the type of stuff that we have out there and what is possible to do and what is not.
Now, interestingly enough, we’ve got such a large flow of things that there’s a good likelihood we’re going to have a Fall Product Spotlight 2, and we got some things happening. But we’re going to focus on that. And of course, why this is important is very simply, I need to make sure that each one of you prospective clients, each one of you current clients have a good understanding about the things that we’re releasing because again, as I mentioned, things are moving kind of fast.
So housekeeping, we’re going to be recording this. And so in case you’re watching and want to join us later or have to duck out or you’re multitasking, you’ll be able to watch this. It’ll be sent out to all of our registrants. And of course, if you have questions, we’re going to stop for some Q&A. Please put your questions in the questions box. That’s the icon with the big square and the question mark in it, and we’ll get to those at the end of the presentation.
Now, I’m pleased to be joined. For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Jeff Plakans. I’m the founder, I’m the president of Commonwealth Payroll and HR. If you’ve been on any of our webinars, you know that I am a constant presence. We have a new, probably going to be regular and constant presence, a relatively newer employee of ours, LaBaniel Easton, who’s joining us today. LaBaniel, thank you so much for joining us.
LaBaniel Easton:
Thank you, Jeff.
Jeff Plakans:
Tell us a little bit, if you can, about where you come from. What have you been doing? Why you, here, now?
LaBaniel Easton:
Thank you for that introduction and thank you team for your time today. I’m LaBaniel Easton. I’m your trainer here at ComPay HR. For the last 10 years, I’ve been using the isolved software. For many years, I sat on your side of the desk as a payroll processor and HR admin. Now I’m on this side of the desk getting a chance to teach the software with the focus on your experience, your managers, and your employees.
Jeff Plakans:
Awesome. Well, thanks LaBaniel. Now LaBaniel is going to be taking us through each of the products that we’re going to talk about today. We’re going to cover on today’s agenda four things. We’re going to cover Perform Small Business, or at least that’s what they call it today. I actually just got word earlier today that Perform Small Business is going to be changed and there’s going to be a different name to it. But for today’s purposes only, for the next hour, let’s call it Perform Small Business. We’re going to cover that and that’s a performance review product.
We’re going to cover our Claude Connector. So if you’ve heard of AI, you’ve heard of Claude by Anthropic. It’s one of the many different LLMs that are available to be used out there. Probably the most prolific at this point. Isolved, our technology partner has made the decision to partner with Anthropic. And one of the first things that they did was set up the Claude Connector so employees could connect their individual phones or their versions of Claude to their own self-service accounts. So we’re going to go over that.
We’re going to go over Benefit Guidance. What’s Benefit Guidance? Well, if you have employees that enroll in benefits every single year, you’ll know, especially if you’re in HR, that when they have a question on what they should do, and I don’t mean what button they should push, but literally what plan they should select, frequently you guys get the question. None of us want to be in the position of telling them or advising them what they should be doing. Benefits Guidance is a great decision support tool to be able to help them with that. So we’re going to go over that.
And then we’re going to go over Perfect Payroll Assist. Perfect Payroll Assist is something to help you flag challenges, anomalies, and trends with your payroll, payroll over payroll. So LaBaniel’s going to take us through all of that. And if we’ve done it all correctly, we will have given you a great introduction to the newest products that we have available to our clients. But again, we have a bunch more coming through the pipeline that you’re going to be able to have by the turn of the year as well, but we want to give you a sip of the fire hose that we have right now. So LaBaniel, let’s give you the floor and talk a little bit about the very first one, Perform Small Business.
LaBaniel Easton:
Appreciate that. So for Perform Small Business here, I’m going to set up our demo account. It’s great to know team that our employees and our supervisors can easily access the Perform Small Business module through their employee self-service account. So they’ll get logged into their accounts like you’re seeing me do right now. And employees can quickly access their performance review here in the menu. They’ll also receive notifications behind the scenes in app and via email. They’ll have a great dashboard where they can locate any pending reviews. Employees will be able to locate the review they’re interested in completing.
They’ll be able to see the pertinent information, their supervisor, their current status of their review. They’ll be able to locate each section, subsection, the question and the statement, and they’ll be able to answer with a rating and a comment wherever required. So employees can take their time, work their way through their review, go ahead and add all of their comments and enter a rating for each section that’s required. When they get near the end, employees can start and stop so they could save and come back. And when they are ready to submit, they’ll hit the submit button here. And within just a few minutes, they’ll be able to get this pop-up, letting them know that it’s submitting it to the next step in the process.
They’ll see green is good and that review has now been submitted to their supervisor. Employees will also have access to pending sign-offs and completed reviews in the future. So that’s how quickly an employee can complete their evaluation. I’m going to go ahead and switch over to our demo supervisor real quick, team. And great functionality for our supervisors. We do take into consideration they have quite a bit more work to do around review season. They have more reviews as they have employees assigned to them. They’ll also be able to log into their self-service portal, which is great, locate their performance review.
And as we could see here, the supervisor is going to love their dashboard because they’re going to need it to locate the review that they’re interested in completing and the status. So they could pick up where they left off, open up the review, see the pertinent information at the top as well. And what’s great is they’ll be able to see all the employees’ information, the comments, the sections, so they could see the insights here, drop that down, see what the employee commented on and their rating. And then they’ll be able to give their own rating and a comment where required.
Supervisor will continue that process throughout the rest of the review here, work their way to the bottom, and they could also start and stop and then submit to push it to the next step in the process. If either party forgot a section, they will get a red pop-up letting them know what they forgot, but green is good. And quickly team, we could see employee complete their portion of the review, submit that to the supervisor, and how quickly and easily the supervisor can complete their portion. And Jeff, let’s go ahead and hand that back to you for the next item on our agenda.
Jeff Plakans:
Well, if you can go to the screen, if you will, for Perform Small Business, I’d like to just make a couple of notes.
LaBaniel Easton:
Sure.
Jeff Plakans:
First and foremost, what LaBaniel just showed you, he showed you in a standard browser. Now this is responsive. So what that means is everything that you just saw can be done on one of these. So if you think about the performance review process, now we have a lot of organizations that we work with that have either they don’t have a performance review process and should, or they have an inconsistent process, which means there’s not a good way around scheduling and whatnot. Or they have a paper-based process, which of course is paper-based and we don’t want to do that anymore.
With this, the beauty of it is a couple different things. It allows you to set up the workflow, both for the employee completing it on a scheduled basis, going to the employer and so on and so forth. And it’s automatic on the workflow. And so the employee can complete their portion. The supervisor can complete his or her portion all on a telephone, meaning not a telephone, but on an iPhone or on a tablet or of course using the desktop browser as we have today here. The key is if you used or ever took a look at our old legacy native performance review process, it was nice, meaning it was better than paper, but it was very choppy.
This, very user-friendly, easy for every organization to deploy. Literally getting it set up takes a matter of days, if not a week. And so if you want to put something in place, need to put it in place for the year turner, this is one of those things that was always in your knowing and doing gap. As an employer, you can utilize this very, very easily and very, very quickly to get it to solve that problem. And of course, we all know that performance reviews are sometimes challenging for organizations, but ultimately create good things and great employees because it’s a great way to give good employee feedback. So if you’re interested in Performance Small Business, let us know. We can help you with that and with some more information as well.
Now, moving on to the next product, we’re going to get into the Claude Connector. Now, when we talk about the speed of change in AI, I can tell you when I first saw this and I saw this working with its first, I’ll call it superpower, which was the connection of the Claude Connector to an employee’s account, it allowed the employee to query the database about time off. And we’re going to see that today. Then it was personal information. Then it was pay stub information. Now, you won’t see this today because it was literally released days ago, is information around time cards.
And so literally almost every single week, our technology partners are releasing increased capability into this Claude Connector. Now, the thing that I think that it’s important about it is the fact that whether it’s Claude or whether it’s ChatGPT or something else, the interface on those chat-based interface is so easy. I think this is going to be the UI, the universal UI that everyone uses. And I believe that’s why this was set up this way. LaBaniel’s going to take you through how it works, how to make the connection. This is right now for employees as another method for them to be empowered to do things for themselves, to learn information for themselves. So if you’ve ever had a line at your door with employees saying, “How much vacation do I have left?” Now we have another solution. We’ve always had employee self-service, but this is super, super easy employee self-service, if you will. So with that, LaBaniel?
LaBaniel Easton:
Yes. This is one of the products, Jeff, that I definitely got a little giddy about when I realized how much time it was going to save our HR and administrators. So let’s get into it here. Let me set this up team for Claude. And what’s great about Claude, team, it just requires them to add a connector one time. So employees who have a Claude account can get logged right in. They’ll be able to click the plus button here. And once they do so, they’re going to add their Connector and then they’ll do a search here at the top for isolved and they’ll only have to make this connection once. They’ll set up the connection, they’ll be able to log in. It’ll keep them in for 30 days, team. Now, once the employees have made the isolved Connector into their Claude, they’ll be able to ask questions immediately.
And some of those questions can be repeatable items or they could be complex things. So let’s take a look at some of the questions we’ll ask Claude. So in this scenario, we’re going to ask Claude, “What was my pay history 2025 and 2026?” So Claude’s going to do all the footwork for us, team. It’ll gather our 2025 here in a nice presentable grid, our 2026 at the top. This is definitely something that would’ve took us as an employee lots of time to compile. Claude will do it within seconds. And then we’re going to ask it another question. Let’s ask it, what is the breakdown and detail of my last check? Easy enough. Claude will go through that, give me my gross pay, my earnings, deductions, my garnishments and my net pay.
And what about questions about 401(k) deductions and taxes? These are a bit more tricky. So we’ll go in and ask Claude a basic 401(k) what is my year to date amount? Immediately we’ll get that answer there at the top. So these are things, again, that would taken us multiple clicks to locate and to verify the information. But what about trickier questions that might require a phone call to HR and email? Let’s ask it what is the difference between my net pay for my February 5th pay stub versus my January 5th pay stub? So another complex question here, it’s going to break that down in a really great, easy to read grid here. And what I love about this Claude version is that not only is it identifying the amount, the difference between those two checks. Here in a moment, it’s going to take it a step further and it’s going to tell me why.
So this is the part that saved our HR and administrators time and energy. This employee’s able to log in, get a brief description of the difference. In this scenario, the FSA medical deduction had changed, thus taxes had dipped a little bit, thus their garnishment had changed a little. So great explanation there from Claude. We’ll ask a couple more questions. Team, we’re going to ask it, what did I make on my first check of the year? You’ll go through and grab that information. And what about questions that might evolve paperwork? So we have the opportunity here to ask Claude, what are my last three pay stubs for my mortgage lender? Very popular question and I love how Claude within a few seconds will go in, gather all three of my check stubs and the ability to download as well.
So great functionality. This is definitely something that used to take a few clicks so employees can ask thousands of questions, get answers without having to call or ring our HR and admin professionals. What a great tool. And Jeff has a little bit more to talk about for Claude.
Jeff Plakans:
Thanks LaBaniel. So yeah, if you’ve not used an LLM or if you’ve not used generative AI, you’ll know or you should know that one of the things that’s very, very appealing about it is that it is natural language. You’re not asking it anything technical, you’re saying how much vacation do I have left? And if it has a question, if you’re not clear, it’ll ask a question back. And that’s what makes it so easy and that’s what makes it so appealing. And I think ultimately, as I mentioned before, that’s why I believe personally that this is going to become almost a universal user interface for a lot of folks.
Ask your employees, don’t put them on the spot, but just ask them how many of them actually use one of these and for what reasons? What kind of questions do they ask it? Do they use it to generate an email? Do they use it to learn about something? Or in all of those cases they usually do, and it’s usually an app that’s on one of these. So give it a shot, give it a try, Claude Connector. As I said, we continue to release new use cases for it. There’s more that are coming and it is purely an employee self-service tool at this point. We have some other things that are going to utilize and leverage AI in other capabilities that we’re going to continue to talk about and roll out to you. Remember for the Claude Connector, it is purely employee self-service. So one employee, when they connect it, they’re using their isolved account for it to tell it what information they want to get to.
So moving right along, we’re going to get onto talking about Benefits Guidance. Now, again, if you have an open enrollment process, you know that that open enrollment process usually is very, very distracting to everybody on the leadership team and frankly to a lot of employees as well. Very seldom will an employee be able to complete that process start to finish in one sitting. And that’s usually because there’s a spouse to consult with. There’s more information that needs to come into the equation. And quite frankly, if they ask you as a leader in the organization or as an HR leader or a people leader, frankly, even if you wanted to help them and even if you wanted to answer the question, it wouldn’t be probably advisable to do so because you don’t really know the full context of their situation.
One of the things great about Benefit Guidance is it’s interview based for the employee. It asks questions and yet does not share any of the information that the employee shares with it with the employer. It never goes anywhere within the system, but it does create context to give them the right kind of guidance around what is the right benefit for them to choose or to enroll in. And quite frankly, this is the type of thing that solves huge problems for employees that make mistakes enrolling in the wrong benefits, either by accident or because they just didn’t know any better. So LaBaniel’s going to take us through Benefit Guidance. Again, remember, this is an employee experience, although something that we are configuring for you as the employer and for your employees to utilize at open enrollment. LaBaniel.
LaBaniel Easton:
Love it. Thank you for the segue there, Jeff. Team, this is another tool that I’ve been demoing and testing. I love the tool. I love the thought that I felt like I had someone with me as I was making these selections. So an employee that’s going through open enrollment or qualifying life event will be able to click on the recommendations. And like Jeff said, they’re going to answer some questions that have to do more with their personal. They’re going to start with the basics, their information, their income. But as they move through the Benefits Guidance tool, it’s going to ask some questions about last year, maybe estimated doctor’s visits for the upcoming year. Then they’re going to tell it some information about their day-to-day travel, how they get about.
They’ll go through their personal activities and life and wellness. They’ll enter in any milestones and life events. Life does come at us pretty fast, so we can make some selections here and get some additional Benefits Guidance from milestones and life events. Pets are very important to most of our lives, so they’re going to go through some information about that as well. And then some specific information about our management and healthcare, some family oriented questions and history. They’ll go through some prescriptions, some eye care information, dental needs, preferences in regards to what they like to choose on their coverage. Would you prefer a lower premium versus a higher premium? And then it gives a little note here. The higher premium could mean that you get more coverage and pay less for your care.
They’ll go through their financial snapshot and then they’ll go through some other questionnaires about their emergency funding. And through all that questionnaire and all that information, it’s going to give them some key factors. They’ll be able to look at additional benefits that they might qualify that they didn’t know they qualified for before. And then it’s going to give them some personalized recommendations here. So we love the presentation here, love the easy to read information. And as the employee’s making this decision, it’s going to pull all those recommendations into the cost analysis screen where the employee can then see each individual benefit that’s being offered, in this case, medical pre-tax, and then the recommendation on the far right.
So the employee does not have to select that recommendation, but it helps them make that selection, as well as dental will have a recommendation, vision, and any other associated medical plans. So what a great way to get some additional assistance, get some feedback from the system, get some recommendations so that we could help us locate and choose a good plan.
Jeff Plakans:
So keep in mind that this is a sequential process, right? So when we turn on Benefits Guidance, and it does come at a cost, it is going to become the prelude to their enrollment process. If you remember the days when benefit brokers would come out to your office, they had a stack of enrollment forms and they’d meet with each individual employee. This is kind of a similar, more modern way being able to do that and getting deeper on some of the questions that might come up. And to do so, then it leads it right into the actual enrollment. So very smooth, very easy. The workflow is something that then is very seamless with how the employee goes through it. And like all of the workflows, they can always pause, go back, consult with a spouse or whomever else that they need to consult with before they ultimately make the decisions.
But this should result in a cleaner, faster enrollment process. Good for you as an employer, for all of you benefit brokers that might be out there listening, good for you guys as well because we get to streamline the entire process. So not for everybody, because if you don’t utilize isolved for purposes of open enrollment, all I’m going to say is maybe you should, especially now.
So moving on to our last solution that we’re going to share with you today, and that’s Perfect Payroll Assist. Now, pretty much everything we’ve shown you so far is employee facing, right? We showed you perfect or we showed you the Claude Connector. We showed you Perform Small Business, and of course we showed you Benefit Guidance. All of that is for the benefit of the employee. Now, many of you on the call here run payroll on a regular basis. Many of you on the call here may, I’m not calling anybody out, might have made a payroll mistake before. I know we’ve made some before, but the key being Perfect Payroll Assist allows us to call out challenges, anomalies, things that might seem out of place as the payroll processors.
So this helps you guys look and have visibility into things that are happening that are trend-based. And so LaBaniel’s going to show you that in a minute. The key is to avoid errors. The key is to not get us into a scenario where we find about payroll challenges when checks or payments are in the hands of the employees that we do all this before that. So LaBaniel, take it away.
LaBaniel Easton:
I appreciate this. And this is one of the products that I really appreciated the most. I wish I had it all those years that I did payroll processing. But let me get into it, team. So I’m a payroll processor just like you. We’ve entered in our time grid, we’ve committed our time, and now we’re going to go to the normal steps like we used to where we would process payroll, lock if you have time cards, commit if you have time cards. If not, that’s fine. But what the system will do now is when you click the preview button, team, it’s going to generate these great sets of information and graph here below.
So right away we could see totals and we can see items that are out of range. So I have hours out of range, I have gross pay and net pay that are in range, but they’re up 3%. So what we’re going to do is we’re going to use the payroll anomaly detection here on the right. That’s letting us know we have a new hire, so that helps explain why we’re up 3% for net pay, gross pay, but our total hours is also up on our anomaly as well as out of range. So let’s take a look at that. We’re going to go down a little bit lower to the payroll comparison and it’s picking up an anomaly for deductions. So that could impact net pay.
And so let’s take a look at how we’d solved that. Down here, we’re now provided with insights with the Perfect Payroll Assist and a little bit of cheat code team. We go to the last few pages here, we’re able to see that net pay, down here at the bottom, for Kaisha Brown is significantly less. On the next page, we’re able to see that the manager Katie Managers is significantly less, Gary and Susanna. So now we’re getting a direction that will help us locate these errors. We’re going to go right into our payroll time entry grid and we have our first employee, Ms. Brown here.
And let’s take a look because deductions was being picked up on the anomaly. Let’s look at her individual time entry grid and right away, team, we’ll be able to see, ah, she has a normal medical pre-tax at schedule for $329.31, but last pay period, we told the payroll processor to double her up. That payroll processor made a mistake, added it to this pay period as well. So we could fix that up real quick, delete that. Let’s go back to our time entry grid and let’s go down to Susanna. She was also on the anomaly. Well, she’s a timecard employee with two days worked and we accidentally have 40 hours also added. That’s a quick fix. We’ll just hit the X to delete that and now she’s all fixed up.
And now let’s look at Gary. Gary was also on the report. We’ll go to individual time entry grid and the anomaly picked up deductions. So we’re focusing on deductions. Now it says $100 for this check, but let’s go ahead and be thorough and check Gary’s garnishment. Sure enough, team, he should only have $50 to be deducted out of each pay period. So that’s easy for us to fix up. We’ll go right into his grid here and now he’s all fixed up. So we could see how that report is pointing us in the right direction.
Now the last one was Katie. When we take a peek at her, we’re noticing that her salary was blocked and paid 72 hours. So all is in order, this employee ran out of vacation and now they’re getting paid straight up time and there was some time not worked. So by using the payroll process, the preview and looking at the insights, the totals, the payroll anomalies, the comparison, and then using the net pay insights, we could easily get pointed in the right direction for multiple erroneous items on our payroll. So it’s been one of the more popular tools, team, that we’ve been demoing. We really appreciate it and we hope you do too.
Jeff Plakans:
Thanks, LaBaniel. Appreciate that. The great thing about this is that the way we’ve engineered what we do for you, our clients, And one of our core values is actually being pro-human. And you might ask yourself, Jeff, how is inserting AI into the mix here being pro-human? Well, the idea is to create tools and accommodations to recognize that when human beings are in the mix, human beings can be imperfect and make mistakes, and we recognize that. And as a result, this is a tool that’s going to empower you as the payroll processor to know that even though there’s variables that happen in a payroll by payroll basis, you’re going to be able to capture those changes, make sure that there’s no mistakes made along with those changes and get it right. Because the most important thing is the impact on the employees and making sure that they’re properly taken care of, and quite frankly, that we all look good in the process.
And so this enables us to be able to do that. Now, interestingly enough, Perfect Payroll Assist is going to be a requirement as we go on. And in the future, I mentioned a few other things coming down the line. The very first AI agent that’s going to be available to you as the employer is going to be something called The Guardian. The Guardian leverages this Perfect Payroll Assist and other capability to make sure that you have really, really strong control over the payroll process and over your payroll data. So we’ll get into that again in another session. So as you can see, we’re stepping into this piece by piece.
So Perfect Payroll Assist is going to have a cost associated with it. I believe it’s going to be right now it’s priced out at $3 per employee per month. Also, we’ve had some other questions. Cost on the Claude integration is zero. You just need to let your customer service and support specialist know or your account manager know that you want to turn it on. It will have no cost to you, only just to turn it on and turn it off and nothing. Now, Benefit Guidance will have a cost. That cost is variable based on more specific situations for your own company, as does Perform Small Business also at a per employee per month.
And so I believe it starts at something like $2.68 per employee per month. So want to just get that out there. Of course, if you need more information, reach out to your customer service and support specialist. They can help you with everything. Now let’s get into some questions. Before we do, I want to talk a little bit about the Employer’s Handbook Community, LaBaniel. We have lots of clients that professionally are not HR people. By experience, by their jobs, they’ve come into the responsibility of having employees sometimes against their will.
Now in that case, we, Commonwealth, our team needs to be here to support you. We’ve for this purpose created something called the Employer’s Handbook Community. Yes, everyone has to have an employee handbook. Seldom is there an employer’s handbook until now. So with the Employer’s Handbook, go ahead and just scan that QR code that will entitle you to some information that’s updated regularly that’s both on our website and then a monthly newsletter, if you will, that’s going to give you some unique and specific content to help you as somebody who’s newly in charge of employees and to help you along the way, especially as things get more complex, not less complex over the years.
So again, that’s our Employer’s Handbook. Now, first question we had was, is there a cost to enable the Claude integration? I think I covered that one already. The answer is no cost to that one for Claude, the Claude integration. The next question is, can the Claude Connector be used to upload information to their profile as well, such as submitting time off or is it read and download only? Currently, it’s read only. Very, very shortly, and when we’re talking shortly, remember we’re talking AI, so we’re talking weeks, not months or years, we’re going to have the ability for the employee to actually make changes using the Claude Connector. So hold on for that. We want to ease you into this.
And of course, the ability to write to isolved using the Claude Connector could be scary for some. So remember this, you as an employer have options. We’re not turning it on universally. It’s going to get turned on company by company at your request. And then what level of capability ultimately when there is more than one is going to be available to you as well. So let me see if there’s any other questions. LaBaniel, no other questions.
LaBaniel Easton:
Well, that’s great, I did-
Jeff Plakans:
I think we’ve been thorough. Yeah.
LaBaniel Easton:
Been thorough? What do we got?
Jeff Plakans:
Oh, we just got another question.
LaBaniel Easton:
Okay.
Jeff Plakans:
I said, “I saw the Perfect Payroll Assist when I logged into process payroll last month. Was that a free preview?” No. So interesting. Great question, by the way. Thank you, Lindy. Great question. Perfect Payroll is what we use to describe a change to that screen, process payroll screen, and we’ve given you access for free to a couple of components that you’ll always have, but there are some capabilities that are available on Perfect Payroll Assist. For example, the anomalies section.
LaBaniel Easton:
Right.
Jeff Plakans:
Down in the bottom right.
LaBaniel Easton:
The first three come with it.
Jeff Plakans:
Yeah. First three. So the first three items, insights and analysis and the payroll comparison and the status are always available to you now. The rest of the items, the insight or the anomalies and whatnot, and the insights are part of what come to you with Perfect Payroll Assist. So that’s a great question and thanks for surfacing that. That’s a great point out. So let me see. Oh yeah, we have now a fourth one. Looking forward to part two. Thank you for that. We’re looking forward to part two as well. Lots coming down the pike, as I said.
It’s interesting to watch the speed of all of these things. Now, one of the things we learned a little while ago, just some insight on this, isolved People Cloud, our technology partners have recently sort of changed architecturally how they’re able to do things to, of course, make the entire development process faster. Everything has to be faster. We’re in the AI age now, right? So that means they’re faster on the development side. We have to be faster testing and then rolling it out to all of you. Guess what? That means you as the employer get to be faster. Why? Because the expectation will be there from your employees.
That’s why we got to get the Claude Connector in place for you now. That’s why we got to do a session like this to make sure you have all of the most up-to-date information. And of course, we know that webinars can’t be often made. Some people are at lunch right now. Some people are doing other things that are more important than this right now, which is why we will be posting the webinar as a video. You will have to sign up for it. The requirement for that, of course, we’re sharing isolved screens and isolved how-to, so we have to protect that. But all you need to do is sign up, fill in the form for it, and you get the video, and of course the slides as well.
So having said all of that, LaBaniel, thank you for joining us today. Thank you for taking your time today to show all of our clients some of these capabilities. More coming, as I said. Hold onto your chairs because it’s going to be fun. It’s going to be exciting. If you have questions or you want to learn more or you want to get started on any of these things, just let your customer service and support specialists know. And if not, you can reach out to me. Feel free to reach out to LaBaniel as well. And we look forward to having had you today, look forward to seeing you again when we end up doing part two. Other than that, enjoy the rest of your day, folks. Thank you very much.
