CommPayHR’s Emerging with Time service includes the most critical HR, Employee Self-Service and compliance components of our solutions and combines them with Payroll and Employee Time Management to create an offering for companies whose headcount and employee management needs are growing.

Commonwealth Payroll & HR’s EWT package adds significant layers of employee self-service and human resources functionality onto our Core service.  This starts with paperless, electronic employee onboarding, ensuring all new hire forms are completed and saved to the employee’s document center before the employee begins work. Employees can request time off electronically using a browser or mobile device, view their paystub, change or update their personal information, and view and punch their timesheet.

On the HR side, employers can track job-related information, organizational structure, certifications, training, salary history and disciplinary actions. Supervisors can track & approve employee time worked, time off using the supervisor dashboard and maintain team calendars.  Employee time is based on their individual policy groups, the set of rules that governs how their punches are interpreted, which are wholly configurable based on your needs.

Finally, employers can use the employee messaging system, ensuring consistent communication and reinforcement that employees know their employee self-service account is the place to go for all employee forms, information, and requests.
