Managers and Supervisors can create, schedule and assign reviewers using iSolved’s Performance Review tools. Each review can be custom crafted by creating a unique ratings system, questions that can be used/ reused in different reviews, and reviewers assigned including the employee themselves, for either self-review or acknowledgement. Each reviewer has options to create additional notes with each review or review-question, and the whole review can be completed online and reported on later using iSolved’s reporting system.
