Mark Alaimo | Managing Shareholder, LCW CPAs

Mark has been with LCW CPAs since 2019. Prior to joining LCW, Mark worked for a variety of firms specializing in private client taxation, family office advisory, and wealth management for clients with asset bases in excess of $400MM. 

Mark serves as the Managing Shareholder for LCW CPAs. In concert with the firm’s shareholders, Mark is charged with distilling the firm’s strategic direction and shepherding the resources to consistently execute on that vision. Mark also oversees a book of the firm’s clients. He is passionate about empowering business owners and individuals to achieve their personal and business financial goals and objectives. Leveraging his years of experience in the family office advisory and wealth management industries, he works with closely held businesses and their owners on tax, entity selection and structure, financial planning, and estate planning matters. 

Rebecca F. Alperin | Member, Morse

With over 25 years of experience, Rebecca works closely with human resources, C-suite executives and plan fiduciaries across all industries on all aspects of employee benefits and ERISA. An integral part of deal teams, Rebecca collaborates with the Firm’s transactional lawyers to advise on matters such as the integration and termination of employee benefit plans in the context of corporate mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions. Rebecca’s clients value her for her practical advice and ability to distill down complex issues.

Michelle Ferero | Partner, P&C Consulting

With over two decades of experience, Michelle Ferero is a highly accomplished HR executive dedicated to assisting businesses with strategic people solutions. Michelle has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, operating at both the national and international level. Committed to guiding organizations through the intricacies of modern-day people operations, Michelle aims to unlock the full potential of each organization’s unique and diverse workforce. Prior to joining P&C Consulting, Michelle served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Hitachi Cable America and held key leadership roles at Methuen Construction (an MWH Company), the Consigli Building Group, and the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. 

A SHRM Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources, Michelle is also a certified paralegal and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management along with various other specialty HR certifications.  

Al Gray | Founder, Law Office of Alfred A. Gray

Attorney Gray is a seasoned management side labor and employment attorney.  His experience has been created from working for state government as well as large private law firms.  Currently Attorney Gray is maintaining a solo practice where he is able to apply his knowledge and experience in a more efficient and cost savings manner.  His practice concentrates in all aspects of employment law as well as labor law representing management clients in litigation, federal and state administrative proceedings including MCAD, EEOC, OSHA, NLRB; wage and hour; arbitration, collective bargaining, dispute resolution, union avoidance, non-compete matters, employment agreements and handbooks, and general advice and consultation. 

Attorney Gray also practices in the human services arena where he concentrates on matters representing human service agencies such as residential providers for individuals with developmental disabilities, long term care facilities, assisted living homes, special education facilities, other non-profit organizations, consultants, licensed and unlicensed professionals, guardians, families and other individuals. Represent clients in regulatory matters, investigation proceedings, training, operational and administrative matters as well as litigation, mediation, consulting and advisory services. Also represent families seeking adult or special education placement and services as well as school discipline matters.
